Search Console stopped syncing. What now?
Google's permission for Camello expired, which happens when a password changes, when a Google account's security settings change, or after a long time without use. Nothing on your site changed, and everything that does not need Search Console kept running: rankings, AI answer checks, your changes and their verdicts. Only real clicks stopped updating on the date the dashboard shows.
What to do. Open your site's connections page and press Reconnect Search Console. Sign in with the Google account that owns the property. Camello asks for read-only access to Search Console and nothing else. The clicks fill back in from the day they stopped, as far back as Google provides them.
What you will see meanwhile. Cards that need click data say "Search Console not connected since {date}" instead of a number. We never fill the gap with an estimate.
If reconnecting fails. The usual cause is signing in with a Google account that does not own the property. Check which account owns it in Search Console itself, then try again. If it still fails, write to support@camello.ai with your site's address.
