Camello

Terms of service

Effective October 23, 2026. Last updated October 23, 2026.

1. Who you are dealing with

These terms are an agreement between you and Eldrin AI LLC, a company based in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, which runs Camello. "We" and "us" mean Eldrin AI LLC.

By creating an account or using Camello, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you use Camello for a business, you confirm you can agree for it, and "you" includes the business.

2. What Camello does

Camello measures how your website shows up in Google and in AI answer engines, proposes specific changes with the measurement behind each, and, when you click Apply, writes that change into your site through the connected plugin. It reads the change back, measures it over a stated window, and reports one of four results: it worked, no effect we could see, too early to say, or it hurt.

Camello also writes drafts in your voice for you to review and publish yourself, and sends you emails about these events.

3. What Camello does not do

It does not publish, edit or delete anything on your site without your click. It does not send messages to anyone on your behalf. It does not invent results: every number names its source and window.

4. Your account

You must be 18 or older, and at least the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Give us a real email address and keep your password and the plugin's pairing code private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at support@camello.ai if you think someone else is using it.

5. Your site and your click

Connect only a site you own or are allowed to change. Every change waits for your click. Before you click Apply, read the change; before you publish a draft, read the draft.

Every applied change keeps the previous value and can be undone from Camello. A change can fail to appear because of a cache, a theme or another plugin; Camello tells you and does nothing further. Camello is not responsible for other plugins, themes, hosts or caches on your site.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Camello to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and trademarks;
  • measure or change a site you have no right to;
  • publish false, misleading or harmful content, including fake reviews;
  • attack, overload, probe or get around the limits of Camello or any site;
  • copy, resell or rebuild Camello, or read its data with automated tools outside the app and the export;
  • send spam or impersonate anyone.

7. Plans, prices and billing

Camello has three plans per site: Free; Starter at $24 a month or $240 a year; Pro at $49 a month or $490 a year (US dollars). Each plan has monthly limits shown on the pricing page; when a site reaches its measurement budget, checks pause until the next month.

Online payments are not open yet. Choosing a paid plan today charges nothing.

When payments open, they go through Stripe. A paid plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the site moves to Free. We do not refund part of a period already paid, unless the law requires it. Prices do not include taxes that apply where you are. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your plan.

8. AI-written content

Camello's proposals, titles, descriptions and drafts are written with AI models. AI can be wrong, out of date or not fit for your business. Read everything before you apply or publish it. What you publish on your site is your decision and your responsibility.

The business facts you give in the interview appear in drafts, so keep them accurate.

9. No guarantee of results

Google and the AI answer engines decide what they show, and they change often. Camello does not guarantee rankings, traffic, clicks, AI mentions, leads or revenue. Results Camello reports are what it measured, not a promise of future results.

10. Your content and data

Your site, your content and your data stay yours. You let us use them only to run Camello for you, as the privacy policy describes. Drafts Camello writes for you are yours to use.

You can export your data as a JSON file at any time, delete a site at once, and delete your account with a seven-day grace period.

11. Our service

Camello's software, name and design belong to Eldrin AI LLC. We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove something that matters to a paid plan, we tell you first.

Camello depends on other services, such as Google, WordPress and AI model providers. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for what they do or for their outages.

If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

12. Disclaimer

Camello is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose.

13. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Eldrin AI LLC is not liable for lost profits, revenue, rankings, traffic or data, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Camello is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

14. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against Eldrin AI LLC because of content you published, a site you connected without the right to, or your breach of these terms, you will cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

15. Ending

You can stop at any time: cancel your plan and delete your account on the account page.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, attacks the service or others, or is used for something illegal. When we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it and to export your data.

When an account is deleted, its data is deleted as the privacy policy describes. The plugin on your WordPress site keeps its own undo table until you deactivate it there.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Davidson County, Tennessee. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection the law where you live gives you.

17. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For a change that matters to you, we email account owners before it takes effect. Using Camello after that means you accept the new terms.
