Export your data
A JSON file with your name, email, sign-ins and every row for your sites, or the same as spreadsheets in a ZIP. The same rows deletion removes.
On a site's settings page, Download export gives you a JSON file with the site document and every row for that site: measurements, changes, results, drafts.
On the account page, the export covers you and every site at once: your name, email, sign-in sessions (dates, IP address and browser), email choices, the account and each site's rows. Download as CSV (ZIP) gives the same JSON file plus CSV files in a ZIP. Your password and sign-in keys are never in it.
The export is the same set of rows that deletion removes, so you can keep a copy first.
